We greatly value the hard work and commitment of our team. S3K provides a 10% contribution to eligible employees' 401(k), with immediate vesting

S3K covers the individual employee's entire monthly premium! We also cover the employee and their family's dental and vision premium. Insurance coverage is provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield CareFirst.
PTO
You will accrue 216 hours of PTO, which includes sick days and holidays, plus an additional 24 hours of incentive leave. We also offer flexible work hours.
Education Assistance
Up to $5k per year in tuition / education assistance.
Parental Leave
We provide 80 hours of parental leave. Or, if eligible, you can use short term disability for new family members.
